The Rise and Fall of Pedestrian Malls

I am reading on how urban migration is an important contribution to increase or sustain domestic consumption in order to promote growth. I come across another article on pedestrian malls. At my university, we have the Student Mall under the Entrepreneurship program. However, we do have some problems attracting crowds. Maybe the tips from the article could help. You can read it here.
