Employment During Recessions

An article from IMF looking at unemployment pattern during COVID-19 and the 2008 crisis. The pattern is similar. The lockdown didn't affect those who are highly skills and educated, as expected because they are teleworkers. Those who are heavily affected are the poor. The key is always the level of education.
